San Francisco Homeless Outreach Team (SFHOT) is a collaboration between the Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing (HSH) and San Francisco Department of Public Health (DPH)'s Street Medicine team. SFHOT serves San Francisco adults experiencing homelessness through services such as help accessing a Coordinated Entry point and temporary shelter.

"I called several times left several messages .I left my information and location legibly and I got no response.i k ow they are receiving millons of dollars annually to help people but I never got one call back and I'm sure lots of other homeless people got ignored as well...I guess you have to be dead in the gutter to get assistance. I am.very disappointed in this service"
