"This is the worst "transportation service" i have ever delt with. Have had 4 appointments set up even weeks in advance only to have no one show up for any of the appointments today i missed an appointment for SSI determination only to find put from them 30 min from my appointment time and 30 miles away . That no one was coming because it was a SSI medical determination appointment. Even though i had told them what the appointment was for 2 weeks prior and even called to confirm it with 4 follow up calls. Because they had not confirmed a driver until the day before the appointment and never even bothered to calle when they cancelled the ride themselves. What a crap company. What a waste of my time and because of my aneurysm time is getting shorter and shorter"
