Join an interest list for affordable housing voucher programs

Santa Clara County Housing Authority (SCCHA)

SCCHA operates an interest list for affordable housing voucher programs including Section 8 and Project Based Voucher. If rental assistance is available, interest list applicants will be chosen randomly and added to the program waiting list.
Schedule
Individuals may join the interest list 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To stay active on the interest list, individuals need to log into the Applicant Portal at least once a year.
