Information Status
Horizons' Jovenes Education and Empowerment Program (JEEP) is a 6-month education and leadership program for Latino and other young men of color, ages 14-18 years old. JEEP teaches about violence prevention and intervention, self-esteem, and other skills. Participants will also develop and conduct educational presentations at high schools and other community-based organizations. Those who complete the program will be offered a stipend up to $750.

The program is offered year-round via 2 cycles: January-June and July-December. Participants attend the program 3 times per week for a total of 24 weeks.
