Summit 50 Plus (formerly known as Summit Seniors)

Summit 50 Plus Turtles and Snails group is a hiking group for seniors. The "Turtles" hike 3 to 5 miles, with a group of "Snails" joining for slower, shorter walks. The group enjoys an optional lunch together after the hike if possible.
Schedule
Hikes take place every Thursday. Winter, spring and fall an email list to send out hikes, directions to trailhead, time and suggested equipment (poles, snowshoes, yaktrax, spikes) depending on the weather and trail conditions. Email information is included in every newsletter.
