Get transitional housing for women and their children

Women In Need (Win) Information Status

Win manages and operates shelters across New York City for women experiencing homelessness and their children. Families seeking shelter must first apply through Coordinated Entry System at PATH intake center.
Schedule
PATH is open 24 hours per day, including weekends and holidays. PATH processes applications during business hours (9:00am-5:00pm). Families who apply after 5:00pm may be assigned a temporary shelter placement for the night and transported back to PATH the next morning to complete their application.
Documentation Needed to Enroll
Proper identification for all members of household, such as: any form of ID with photo and proof of age, birth certificate, social security card, Medicaid card, identity card in the Public Assistance system, or most recent paystub (if working).
