San Francisco Pretrial Diversion Project
Information Status
SF Pretrial's Discharge Planning program works with individuals with a high level of justice involvement to help end the cycle of arrests. Participants will develop reentry plans and get referrals to supportive services.
Schedule
| Monday - Friday | 8:30 am - 5 pm |
|---|---|
| Saturday - Sunday | 10 am - 2 pm |
Assertive Case Management (ACM) Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30AM - 7:00PM. Saturday - Sunday: 10:00AM - 2:00PM.
Eligibility Requirements
Justice involved/incarcerated (current or former),
You must be referred to SF Pretrial Diversion Project by a Court.
