POISED for Success (Perfect Opportunity for Individual Skills and Educational Development) is a program sponsored by the NYC Human Resources Administration (HRA) and the City University of New York (CUNY). It is a program created specifically for women who are recipients of family assistance benefits, are between 3 and 6 months pregnant, or have a child under three years old. GED and job training skills are provided.
