Service Connect provides assistance obtaining California identification documents for formerly incarcerated people in San Mateo County. Individuals should check with their Probation Officer to see if they qualify for Service Connect/re-entry assistance.
Eligibility Requirements
Justice involved/incarcerated (current or former),
Resident of San Mateo County,
Available to individuals with low-level offenses, who live or plan to live in San Mateo County, and who are enrolled in Post-Release Community Supervision or who served their sentence in county jails under the 1170h program and have been referred.
