San Francisco Pretrial Diversion Project
Information Status
SF Pretrial Diversion Project's In Custody programs provide assistance to justice-involved individuals with enrolling in Affordable Care Act (ACA) healthcare plans. This service is only available to existing SF Pretrial clients referred by the Courts.

Assertive Case Management (ACM) Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30AM - 7:00PM. Saturday - Sunday: 10:00AM - 2:00PM.
Eligibility Requirements
Justice involved/incarcerated (current or former),
Must be an existing client of SF Pretrial Diversion Project, as referred by the Courts. Must not yet be enrolled in the health care enrollment process.
