The Intervine program trains jobseekers in the development and maintenance of green infrastructure projects like green roofs, solar power, and rain gardens. All jobseekers in Intervine are paid a $15 hourly wage. Participants also receive the skills, training and education within the HOPEworks curriculum, including: digital literacy, resume writing and interviewing skills.
