Angel Flight West (AFW)
Information Status
AFW offers free non-emergency air transportation for individuals and families in need of medical attention and other critical needs. Most flights are provided by volunteer pilots who fly their own airplanes and donate the costs of the flight. AFW can help individuals who need a second medical opinion, specialized surgery or treatment, pre or post-transplant appointments or diagnosis/treatment of a rare condition.
