Eligibility Requirements
1) Currently work in food/beverage service at California restaurant, food truck, tasting room,
brewery, catering company, hotel restaurant, or hospitality venue/concessions; 2) Unexpected crisis/incident occurred within three months of application date.
Documentation Needed to Enroll
1) Current paystub; 2) Proof of residency in California (utility bill, cell phone bill, or rent or mortgage statement); 3) Proof of hardship.
