The COVID-19 Funeral Assistance program provides financial assistance for COVID-19-related funeral expenses incurred after January 20, 2020. Assistance covers expenses for funeral services, interment, or cremation.

Eligibility Requirements
1) Death must have occurred in the US; 2) Death certificate must indicate the death was due to COVID-19; and 3) Funeral expenses must have incurred on or after January 20, 2020.

1) Official death certificate; 2) Funeral expenses documents; and 3) Proof of funds received from other sources.
