DOHMH's Sexual Health Clinics provide post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP). PEP is an emergency medicine for individuals who are HIV-negative and may have been exposed to HIV.
Schedule
Sexual Health Clinic hours vary by clinic. Check website for updated schedules. NYC PEP Hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You should begin PEP within 72 hours after a potential exposure to HIV, but it works best if started right away.
