The Department of Health's Bureau of Vital Records issues certified copies of filed Birth Certificates and Death Certificates.
Eligibility Requirements
Birth certificates available for individuals who were born in New Mexico and death certificates available for individuals who died in New Mexico. Access restricted to the registrant/immediate family members or those with proof of legal interest.
