David Lewis Community Reentry Center
Information Status
The David Lewis Reentry Program/Service Connect assists residents returning home from prison or jail with their reintegration back into the community. Staff will do an assessment to determine the needs and then make referrals to other services as needed.

Justice involved/incarcerated (current or former),
Resident of East Palo Alto or the Belle Haven area.,
Formerly incarcerated or jailed (recently or in the past).
