Northern Manhattan Improvement Corporation (NMIC)
NMIC's Train & Earn is a vocational and educational training program for young adults that helps participants advance their skill-set and find work. Participants receive 3-6 months of intensive services and a year of follow-up support. Services include educational support, job training, resume and interview support, internships and advanced training. Workforce training includes customer service, food service, and/or Microsoft Office Specialist training leading to nationally recognized credentials. Career development includes paid internships, job placement and ongoing job retention and advancement services.
