Coop Tech's culinary arts program are taught aspects of restaurant, catering, and commercial/institutional food service. Students are taught culinary arts techniques and baking/pastry techniques. The course is geared toward earning the for the NYC Food Handlers Certificate and preparing students for employment as an entry-level baker, cook and prep-cook.
