The Tobacco Use Prevention Education (TUPE) is an after school program which teaches youth about the negative effects of tobacco use, and the misuse of Indian imagery in the marketing of commercial tobacco products. Youth go on fieldtrips and more.

To join, students must attend a school in Oakland, CA or Alameda, CA and identify/self-Identify as Native American.,
